Bad news for all the Back to the future fans.  Christopher Lloyd was forced to pospone his australian trip for Supanova in Melbourne and Brisbaine, due to job.

The actor was waiting for his ride to the airport on Wednesday (that’s Thursday morning, Australian time), right before his flight to Brisbane for Supanova, he received a surprising phone call. He has just been cast in a new TV series which will go into production on Friday April 1.

Christopher sent this personal message to all his fans:
“Sorry to have to postpone my trip to Australia. Was packed and waiting for the car when I was informed I was just booked today to film a pilot for NBC to start filming on April 1. I was very much looking forward to meeting everyone who attended the Supanova events in both Brisbane and Melbourne. I look forward to coming to Australia soon!”

Still Supanova will have a great lineup this year with some big names like Tom Felton, Jodelle Ferland, Denis O`hare, just to name some of them!

Bad news for Supanova fans in Melbourne and Brisbane.

David Finch has been forced to rebook for the June tour (Sydney and Perth fans rejoice!) and Jane Badler can no longer attend either. It was a short stay for her but we’re missing her already.

With Wondercon on in the USA as the same weekend as Brisbane (it ranks as probably the 4th largest con in the USA and is run by the crew behind San Diego’s Comic-Con) and the Mark Millar inspired Kapow Comic-Con on in London the weekend of our Melbourne expo, its looking really difficult with time running out to find appropriate talent.

The organizers are currently working hard to get a great replacement for them…we will keep you posted!
