Cate Blanchett to attend the Australian premiere of Toy Story 3

Disney Pixar and IMAX Darling Harbour will host the Australian premiere of Toy Story 3 in IMAX 3D. Cate Blanchett and some Australian celebrity guests and their families will join Woody, Buzz and the rest of their favourite playtime pals with the whole gang back on the big screen.

Toy Story 3:
Woody, Buzz and the whole gang are back. As their owner Andy prepares to depart for college, his loyal toys find themselves in daycare where untamed tots with their sticky little fingers do not play nice. So, it’s all for one and one for all as they join Barbie’s counterpart Ken, a thespian hedgehog named Mr. Pricklepants and a pink, strawberry-scented teddy bear called Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear to plan their great escape.

The red Carpet will be the next Sunday 19 of June at Imax Darling Harbour around 11:30 am.

Toy Story 3 Teaser Trailer

Monsters vs. Aliens “Blue” Carpet

American Actor Seth Rogen (Superbad, Zack and Miri make a porno and Pinapple express) is back in Sydney for third time to show his latest movie “Monsters vs. aliens” this “blue carpet” was on Thusday 5th of March at the Greater Union cinemas in George Street.

Seth who plays the voice of  B.O.B. was at the premiere in Sydney with Conrad Vernon one of the directors, but most popular for be the voice of the gingerbread man in Shrek.

Monsters Vs. Aliens is the debut of  Dreamwork animation in Tru3D and will be on cinemas and IMAX on April 2.

Seth Rogen came to the blue carpet looking more svelte and in-shape because he has been preparing himself to be the next “Green Hornet” this movie will be directed by Michel Gondry and has a tentative release date of June 25, 2010.

Rogen, was very friendly with the people and took pictures and signed autographs for the fans, he also gave many interviews for radio and tv.

The Director and Rogen gave a introduction to the people who was invited to see the movie, they said that the audience must to say “oooohhh or ahhhhh” with every special effects because this is the first Tru3D movie and it took 3 years to be prepare it.  Seth also comment that the audience have to wear that 3D glasses, that he made a petition to the cinema that the 3D glasses looked exactly as his glasses..So we have to wear it to look as nerd as he is, he said laughing.
